Business Card Translation to Japanese
DEC 29, 2013
Business card translation is a quick yet extremely important task and Tomedes was recently asked to translate a client’s business card from English to Japanese. For many companies, the business card is the first written document that a potential client will receive from them, so it is essential that it will be free of errors and professionally produced.
The client in question had just begun to make contacts across Japan and was in need of a Japanese version of his usual business card. We contacted our best business translator in Nagoya – one of our network of professional Japanese translators. We keep a bank of translators ready to take on all kinds of translation work, and their career experience is suited to a variety of different tasks.
We quickly produced the Japanese version of the business card and our desktop publishing team provided a professionally typeset version that matched the client’s English business card perfectly. The client was extremely impressed and commented on the excellent value of using Tomedes to undertake the translation for him. He has followed this initial job up with a business letter, which we will again be translating into perfect business Japanese for him, to support the transition of his company to this new and exciting market.
