We are seeking a skilled freelance Maltese to Spanish interpreter for remote and on-site interpretation services. This role involves delivering accurate, real-time interpretation between Maltese and Spanish in professional settings while ensuring clarity, cultural accuracy, and effective communication.

Job Description:

• Interpret spoken content from Maltese to Spanish and Spanish to Maltese in real time during meetings, conferences, and live interactions.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency while preserving the tone, intent, and context of the original message.
• Prepare for assignments by reviewing relevant materials and terminology in advance.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to meet specific requirements and schedules.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both Maltese and Spanish, with native-level proficiency in at least one language.
• Proven experience in interpretation (1–3 years preferred).
• Strong listening, memory retention, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with industry-specific terminology (legal, medical, technical, or business is a plus).
• Ability to work remotely or on-site and deliver high-quality interpretation under pressure.
