French Legal Translation

A legal firm who required a highly accurate French legal document translation contacted Tomedes to discuss a quote. The initial contact was made via telephone, which is available for both existing and potential clients to use 24/7.

After discussing the project, the client sent the document to Tomedes and was quickly given a quotation for the work. The client was impressed by the value of the quotation, but wanted to make some further inquiries about the translator’s ability. Given the nature of the document, there could be no room for error.

Nadia, the project manager, was happy to comply and sent the translator’s full CV to the client along with a sample translation of two paragraphs. Nadia further explained the additional quality controls that Tomedes implements before returning it to the client, and her timely response left the client reassured of Tomedes’ quality and professionalism.

The client decided to approve the job, and the translation was quickly returned to the client within 24 hours. The client was pleased by Tomedes’ punctuality and was keen to commission Tomedes to undertake more translations in the future. 

The client wanted to ensure that the same translator would be able to work on the future documents, and asked Nadia if there was a way to ensure this. Nadia confirmed that this was indeed possible, and as long as some advance notice was provided, the same translator could be guaranteed to work on future projects.

The aforementioned client remains one of Tomedes’ regular customers.
