How we select translator

How we select translator for a job:

1. The one who selects the winner is a project manager, not a machine

2. Quality is of pivotal importance. Below are some of the parameters we check:
a) we thoroughly check your experience as mentioned in your CV;
b) we strongly prefer the target language to be your native language;
c) your specialization is checked (e.g. legal, pharmaceutical, etc.)

3. Your offered fee is a factor, but we never choose the lowest by default. Please refer to point 2.

4. Use of machine translation is absolutely prohibited!

5. Our payment policies: EOM +30 (i.e. if you completed a job in November, it will be paid by the end of December). Please indicate your payment details on your account page.
